Team Approach The best care for a child requires experts from several medical backgrounds. During your first visit we will start with a meeting where team members will evaluate your child’s condition and needs. While at first this may seem overwhelming, it is helpful to meet with several health care providers at the same time. This approach allows the team an opportunity to plan care for each patient. Photographs, X-rays or other tests may be needed following the meeting. Therefore, we recommend you plan to allow several hours for your first visit. We want to make sure all questions are answered and a treatment plan has been created.
